HOW WILL MY SHOES BE SENT?

All goods are sent in their in their original packaging (unless otherwise stated), will be wrapped in a good quality posting bag and posted using either Fed-ex or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GOODS IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR IF THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE?

Yes. You may return any goods within 14 days of purchase provided they are unworn, are in their original packaging and you enclose the receipt. Postage will not be paid by Kids Shoes Direct for any returns unless the goods we send your are incorrect or faulty.
